4. Data Sharing & Security We never share or sell your information to third parties. Your data is stored securely. Information is only disclosed if required by law.
5. Account Deletion & Data Retention You can edit or delete your account anytime from your profile settings. Account Deletion: Users can delete their account directly from the app via the “Delete Account” screen or through a secure link. Upon deletion, all personal data will be permanently removed from our active servers.
6. Minors’ Privacy MyLoveMate is strictly for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
7. Updates to This Policy We may update this policy periodically. Your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of these changes.

User Conduct & Safety Tools
1. Community Guidelines To maintain a safe and respectful environment, all users must adhere to the following rules:

Zero Tolerance for Hate Speech: Any form of racism, discrimination, or hate speech is strictly prohibited.

No Harassment: Persistent unwanted contact after a rejection is considered harassment.

No Exploitation or Extortion: Any attempt to exploit users or blackmail using media/photos will result in immediate action.

Mutual Respect: Respect is a fundamental requirement for staying on MyLoveMate.
2. How to Block an Unwanted User You have full control over your interactions. If you encounter an annoying or abusive user, you can block them directly through the platform:

Go to the user’s profile or open your chat conversation with them.

Click on the three dots (⋮) icon located at the top right corner.

Select “Block User” from the options menu.

Once blocked, the user will no longer be able to view your profile or send you messages. This feature is also available for connections and friends.
3. Reporting Violations If you experience any form of harassment, hate speech, or exploitation, please report it immediately to our support team at: support@mylovemate.com. Our team reviews all reports manually to ensure community safety.
4. Enforcement & Account Actions We take violations seriously. Our enforcement policy follows a two-step process:

First Violation: The user will receive an official warning, and their account will be frozen/suspended for a specific period.

Second Violation: Any repeated offense will lead to a permanent ban and final deletion of the account without the possibility of recovery.
